My Approach

My therapeutic approach is relational and focuses on developing trust. I believe that building a strong relationship with my clients is essential to creating a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.

 

I have a relaxed and conversational style that allows for open and honest communication. I view my clients as the experts of their own lives and I'm here to help them explore and figure things out. Together, we can work towards achieving your goals and creating positive change in your life.
